How do I set up an account?
We will happily set up an online account for any existing customer of Setco Automotive (UK) Ltd. or any new customer that is appropriate to have a direct account with us. If you would like to purchase a Lipe Clutch product but don't have an account with us then that's not a problem as we will happily put you in touch with your local distributor.
Why can't I see the prices for your products?
The specific prices for your account will be visible for all products once you sign in. Simply click 'sign in' from the list at the top of the website then enter your email address and password to sign in to your account. I can't find the product that I am looking for?
As a major global clutch manufacturer that has been supplying the European truck market for over 40 years, there is a good chance that we'll be able to supply any clutch product that you are looking for. How can I be sure that the product is correct for my vehicle?
Sourcing the correct replacement part for a vehicle can be a complex task, but don't worry as we're here to help. We can advise via vehicle registration if it’s a UK vehicle or by chassis number otherwise.
How quickly are products shipped and how much does it cost?
Orders received by 4pm Monday to Thursday or by 3pm on Fridays will typically be shipped for next working day delivery in the UK. If shipping charges apply, you will be notified prior to dispatch. Orders for delivery outside of the UK will be shipped per the terms agreed for your account.
What is your returns policy?
Goods can be returned to us as sales returns (i.e. return of unused goods) or warranty returns (i.e. return of faulty material). It is however important to following the correct procedures to ensure that goods are processed and credits issued in an effective and timely manner.
